Book
There is a 30% deposit on the price of the stay for confirmation and the balance upon check-in in cash or by bank transfer one week before arrival.

Check in / Check out
Check-in is from 3 to 7 pm, check-out is at 9:30.

Scope
The costs of all supplies (water, electricity, gas) are included in the price.

Extra charges
Linen not provided but you can have it on request at a cost of € 10 per person.

The final cleaning fee is mandatory, which amounts to 70 euros per unit.

Excursions
It is possible to organize excursions with an environmental hiking guide (for a fee).

Transfer
NCC Transfer Service on request (for a fee).

Tourist tax
The town of Ascea requires the payment of a tourist tax in the summer.
This amounts in the months of June, July and September to 0.50 euro cents per person per day and 0.70 euro cents per person per day, for the entire duration of the stay, in the month of August.
